USF Cart Safety Training ProgramWelcome to the University of South Florida's Cart Safety Training Program! This streaming video presentation has been developed to provide information on cart and low speed vehicle (LSV) operating requirements and procedures. All faculty staff, and students who may operate a golf cart or LSV on USF campus properties are required to view the USF Cart Safety Training Video and, upon completion of the training video, submit to the USF Department of Environmental Health and Safety, Office of Risk Management a completed Cart Safety Training Certification of Participation.
