The Canadian Urban Transit Association's U-Pass Toolkit: The Complete Guide to Universal Transit Pass Programs at Canadian Colleges and Universities is now available in English as a free PDF download. A French version will also be posted in the summer of 2004. The toolkit includes three detailed case studies as well as a step-by-step guide for students and transit systems interested in implementing a U-Pass program at their local post-secondary institution.
