Requirements: 25,000+ sq. feet: bulletin baord displaying transportation info. 50,000+ sq. feet:all of above and adequate designated parking for carpools/ vanpools close to building entrance, bicycle parking 100,000+ sq. feet: all of above and carpool/ vanpool drop off area, sidewalks from external pedestrian system to building(s), bus stop improvement if determined necessary by City

Managing entity: Department of Transportation

Monitor: DOT will be responsible for monitoring continual implementation and maintenance of trip reduction features

Enforce: Employers shall exectue and record a covenant and agreement that the TRO will be maintained. Must prepare SCAQMD mandated TRPs to be submitrted to SCAQMD
