Goal: To reduce the proportion of vehicle miles traveled per employee as well as reduce SOV use. 

Hours: 

Target: Reduction percentages are as follows: 15% after 2 years of implementation, 20% after 4 years, 25% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years. 

Results: 

Scope: Full time employees and public or private employers of 100 or more full time employees 

Requirements: To develop and implement a program to reduce SOV commute trips and vehicle miles traveled by city employees of affected employers. 

Managing entity: CTR Administrator 

Monitor: Annual progress report by CTR program to city 

Enforce: Failure to implement or modify a CTR program will lead to a Class I Civil infraction pursuant to RCW7.80.120. The fine is $250 per day
