Goal: To establish program requirements that will promote alternative commute modes and reduce VMT per employee and proportion of SOV trips, decreasing traffic congestion, air pollution, and energy use. 

Hours: 

Target: Goals for miles traveled per employee shall not be less than 15% reduction from the worksite base year or base year value for the CTR zone in which it is located. By 1999, 25% reduction and 35% reduction by 2005. 

Results: 

Scope: Any affected employer at a single worksite within the city. 

Requirements:
