Goal: Reduce percentage of SOV use and vehicle miles traveled.

Target: To reduce the percentage of SOV use and VMT by 15% by 1995, 20% by 1997, 25% by 1999, and 35% by 2005.

Scope: An employer that employs 100 or more full time employees 

Requirements: Employers must submit a plan that includes background information on place of business, employee info., plans for an initial survey, and CTR goals 

Managing entity: Director of Public Works or his/her designee 

Monitor: Annual program review and report 

Enforce: Fist penalty is a written notice and order. The first violation will be a $100 per day fine until noncompliance is remedied and $250 per day for all subsequent violations.
