Goal: To reduce traffic impacts, vehicle emissions, energy usage, and ambient noise levels, by reducing the number of vehicle trips and miles

Target: To reduce peak hour traffic by a minimum of 45% over four years. 

Results: 

Scope: All employers, with emphasis on those with 10 or more employees. 

Requirements: Annual employee commute travel behavior evaluation survey and provision of carpooling information. Requirements vary according to number of employees

Enforce: Failure to achieve staged goals will result in the employer being required to revise and resubmit their TMP. Failure to fulfill requirements may be subject to a fine of up to $250 per day
