No time to read through reams of publications? Prefer to hear about the project? Unable to attend all the conference sessions? We are developing a method for the busy transportation professional to get information at his or her computer at their desk.
Welcome to NCTR NetCast. Below are the URL's for the PowerPoint Broadcasting files. The minimum requirements are listed below. We expect this effort will continue to evolve as we add more topics and technology improves to allow us to deliver in different formats. We would appreciate any feedback you care to provide.

When a presentation is accessed for the first time a Netshow file transfer control must be installed. A prompt will appear stating " Do you want to install and run Microsoft Netshow file transfer control installation signed on 7/6/98 and distributed by Microsoft Corporation". Please answer yes to this prompt.
The address with the video (100k stream) can not be viewed properly on a dialup or a connection that is less then 100K. If a connection is used that is less then 100k then the audio/video and PowerPoint will run normally for about 10 seconds, then completely stop for about 10 seconds and start again for another 10 seconds then repeat the process until the presentation is done.
Netscape is not supported at this time.
AOL 4.0 and higher seems to work with the audio/PowerPoint version if the minimum requirements above are met.
